A tropical layered mocktail with a passion fruit crown.
Preparation

Blend 50 g Goûter Mango Puree with 100 ml orange juice and ice.

Pour into a coupe glass.
- 03
Slowly layer 15 ml Passion Fruit Concentrate diluted 1:2 over the back of a spoon.
- 04
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and mint.
