Strawberry Cloud Latte

A layered iced latte crowned with strawberry cold foam.

1. 01Pour 25 ml Goûter Strawberry Syrup into a tall glass over ice.
2. 02Add 180 ml cold milk and stir gently.
3. 03Pull a double espresso and float it over the milk.
4. 04Whip 60 ml cream with 10 ml strawberry syrup to soft peaks and spoon on top.
5. 05Finish with a freeze-dried strawberry crumble.
